Hello and thank you for your interest, the season is a full 12 months (holiday park not residential) site fees are £4,000 for caravan and £4,750 for lodge (twin unit)
We charge a 1 off fee of £2,500 for siting, block/level and all connections to sewerage, electric and gas.
For lodges we can help with logistics of moving and putting back up which you can call us on 07592096273 to discuss your requirements in more detail.
Minimum licence is 10 years and as long as your caravan is in good condition and no older than 15 years we're happy to welcome you onto the park.
