How to take your photos & videos

Sending Your Holiday Home Photos

Good photos can make a real difference when selling your static caravan or holiday lodge. Clear, bright images help buyers get a true feel for your holiday home and often create stronger interest from the start.

When sending your photos, please try to include a full set of images that show both the outside and inside clearly, so potential buyers can see the condition, layout, and overall appeal.

Exterior Photos

Please send at least 2 exterior photos.
These can include:

  • Front of the holiday home
  • Side of the holiday home
  • Any visible decking
  • Patio doors

The more exterior photos you can provide, the better, as this helps buyers understand the setting and outside features of your holiday home.

Interior Photos

Please send one photo of each of the following areas:

  • Lounge/dining area – including the patio doors if applicable
  • Kitchen area
  • All bedrooms
  • All bathrooms
  • Additional areas – such as walk-in wardrobes, dressing areas, utility spaces, or any other extra features
