Excellent support from Mark whilst considering our lodge purchase. We had a never ending list of questions and queries and Mark always had the time and patience to answer them honestly and thoroughly. It took us a while to satisfy ourselves it was the right decision before concluding but Mark’s efforts contributed to the reassurance we required and is still supporting us post purchase – snagging and other queries etc
